I am such a black or white person! First day on the site....had chili for lunch......I don't measure or weigh what I put into my chili!!! So.......I don't feel like I am "doing it right" how many calories were in it??????? I rinsed the ground beef........don't know what else to make it "lighter"! BUT I DID just have ONE bowl!!!!! AND I DID drink lots of water as my darling husband put in a few hot peppers!!!
Anyone else feel this way?? How do you overcome wanting to be perfect???? Please tell ,me I am not the only one who feels this way??
