Hi! Just joined last night.... looking for all kinds of support and ideas.
I NEED to lose at least 50 lbs! That's my goal at this point.
Friday I began not snacking on junk... quite a feat, there's LOTS of it still in my house from Christmas...giving it all away.
Yesterday I reduced the sugar I use in my coffee...baby steps.
This morning, didn't do so well.... My Hubby made Biscuits and Gravy...need a better plan for myself for Sunday mornings.
