I like to watch the people...but I won't go crazy looking for a sale. Wish we weren't so materialistic in our country.

I had 3hrs free today so I went to Yorktown shopping for 2 hrs

Absolutely not! Our news had a woman at our local Best Buy that has been camped out in a tent since Sunday at 12 noon. She was interviewed and said she "beat her competition since they didn't show up until 3pm Sunday". Much to my dismay, that segment was picked up by ABC and shown on World News Tonight. As far as we're concerned this holiday and, especially Christmas, is about a whole lot more meaningful things than shoppiing!

Fear knocked at the door. Faith answered. No one was there.

It has been starting earlier and earlier - now it is starting Thanksgiving Day. What do you think about that? Will you be shopping the sales on Thursday/Friday?
