great year for tomatos and eggplants. I have raised beds in the backyard southern exposure. I fried enough eggplant for many many dished of eggplant parmasean. Probably not on the spark plan right now but so far lost 70 pounds since last year. Have to admit i was born in the Garden state of New Jersey my heart goes out for family and friends back there now. But, here in southern californiaa the weather is great for gardening most of the year way into november and december

My garden projects are good workouts too. Moving dirt, rocks, collecting brush and weeding. This year we had drought so I'm not sure how we will get the lawn back to how it was. The weeds took over. I'm not a big fan of gardening but it loves me. I feel so much more happy and content after puttering about with the plants. Not to mention the exercise minutes racked up!

I have joy in my soul and joy in my step. Walk with me.

Gardening didn't happen this year at our house.... but it's something I look forward to after retirement....

Well my husband and I are expanding our garden for next year. He start growing ghost peppers this year to sell and it was good so we decided the expand our garden. But of course we had to move alot of rocks that we put in a couple of years ago to cut back on our yard and water. Well it ended up I had to move the rocksby myself. It took me a week. It was a great work ut but I'm glad I'm done
