I'm 73, male, and am wondering if others in my age group are having similar problems. I have no motivation to be active. My eating habits are near perfect but I can't get motivated to exercise nor do I want to plan ahead. I live alone which probably is my biggest problem. I have no outside friends.

I'm sitting here now thinking about the three worst foods that I eat on a regular basis. I bought a bag of pecan praline granola from Trader Joe's for the first time. It is good but for me but I won't make it a staple because it will be too easy for me to eat. I drink a lot of Crystal Light drink, and the only other thing I now use is salt. Haven't added any salt to my food in 10 years or so. I got some now so that I can eat store bought hard boiled eggs. But I may give up the eggs since it is driving my nutrition numbers through the roof. Another one is I get some soft serve at Chick Fil A a couple of times a week. That is about it.

I have rambled on enough.
