I try to stay and find a positive in my results every week.
I weighed more before joining SP. Had already lost about 20 pounds.
Many things will frustrate you, if you let them. You must look at everything and
praise what you did right. So you didn't lose weight. Did you lose inches?. Did you
stick to your menu?. Did you exercise everyday?.
All are important, and we have years of bad habits to break. And I'm pleased everyday
I can say I stuck to my menu and exercised.
I take lose of inches over pounds. I accept its a slow road. I know I feel better for the
way I eat and exercise, that alone is worth what I do.
Don't give up, refocus. Find all the good in all your efforts.
