Yes ValentineGirl, if you take some time to enter some of your favorite meals on the tracker, you will see an option for adding groups, so if you eat a particular set of foods for one of you meals add it as a group, you can personalize this for your diet. say if you eat cheerios with milk and fruit each morning add those as one of your groups and then it is one click. If you take some time and add the meals that you eat regularly soon tracking will be down to just a few clicks and take much less time. Hope this helps!! Keep up the good work!
