So, hello there everyone. ^^ I decided to share my grandma's story to see if it would help anyone here. My grandmother takes/took medication for high blood pressure, is 65+, and has to constantly monitor her blood pressure. She has lost 2 inches off of her waist in 3 weeks, and takes her blood pressure medication as needed; which is at most 2/3 times weekly. I will be contacting her to ask her what program she is on and if she has tips; I will update this post hopefully within the hour.

My reason why: I used to use gaining weight as a survival technique in a way, and through support I realized it was hurting me and holding me back. I want to take charge of my life again.
