emoticon One of the things I've learned over the years of "dieting," is that if you stall on the scale, ramp up the calories for a day or two. Your body has become used to the amount you're eating but if you give it a little more to boost your metabolism and then take it away again - you will see a drop. Try it and see what happens. emoticon

Walk and run to the best you you can be.

I feel that way too but hopefully it will move down faster at sometimes to make up for it. I weigh myself on Monday and Friday only. Anymore often and it is discouraging and less often I am afraid it will go up instead.emoticon

we all have times the scale gets stuck, it can last several weeks. just keep the faith and keep working at it. Some times a little change does helps. Treat yourself to a favorite food even if you go over a little on the calories one day is not a bad thing as long as its controled and one day. But like I said we all get stuck at some point.emoticon
