Hello from Utah. I first joined SP in 2008 and I am coming back for a second go-round. I lost a lot of weight the first time thanks to all the great people here and with the use of the meal, fitness and all the other trackers. I'm hoping to do it again.
I've slowly put some of the weight back on over the years but 6 months ago I finally quit smoking after 40 years. I'm a chip, pretzel and cracker (salt) freak and I have replaced my cigarettes with munching all the time. I'm at home all the time because of my eyesight and low self esteem so I've had plenty of time to munch.
I have recently rejoined Gold's Gym with their lower membership fees but its so hard to go alone all the time. I'm trying to go at least 3 times a week. I'm hoping to get better at it now that our weather has broken. I guess the most important thing right now is the fact that I haven't given up yet.
