I have lost and gained weight so much over the years and it has taken until
now (I'll be 60 this month) to realize that I have to make changes if I want the weight to stay off.
Being more committed has really helped. It's not just losing weight, it's feeling better, having more energy, being able to keep up with my grandsons. But I couldn't have done this without having the right mindset. Good luck - but remember it's not just losing weight - it's changing your life.
