I have changed my mindset completely, it used to be I exercised for weight loss only. I now look at it as staying healthy. Most people who have lived a long life, credit staying active, and moving as one of the reasons they live so long. So I am going to keep moving, as much as I can, and if I lose some lb's in the process yeah for me!!! Every little bit counts, stand up and walk in place with the remote in your hand if necessary!!
Attitude is everything so pick a good one!!
