No, I didn't today - got that stomach virus thing that is going around here - I went to the gym my first time yesterday - I want to hurry up and get back. The wonderful thing is I can go to the gym for nothing - absolutely nothing - my son works there so the owners wife said I would not have to pay. So, I am hoping I feel well enough tomorrow - even if I just use the bike.
Yep, wanted to add strength training. The Sparks suggestion was way too much at once so I created my own starting like I did with cardio - 10 min upper body one day, 10 min lower body 2 days later. Baby steps lead to being able to do more!

Hi everyone! It's Sunday- first Sunday in February 2012(!). It's afternoon, about 2:30pm [when I started this!] my time (East). I haven't yet worked out but am getting there!! Today is my UPPER BODY STRENGTH + CARDIO. Though not too much cardio to wipe out any muscle gains.
Not over 45 min of cardio back-to-back with strength. These days, usually, I'm doing 10-20-30 min. cardio.
