emoticon Yes, today I walked and walked and walked and walked over 11 miles I walked today somehow. I felt younger again.. Well, atleast I found a way to temporarilty ignore my aching knees and my perpetually sore feet and my general lack of inertia .. because today I walked.. ate well and felt motivated.

I had a right hip replacement on June 2nd, so my physical therapy has gotten me back into the habit of exercising daily. It starts every morning, right in bed, before I start my day, and I exercise for a few minutes throughout the day.

Don't take life so seriously. It's not like you're going to get out alive.

Nope. Recovery day after double-hiking a small butte in our Valley. 2,000 ft total elevation gain and 3 hours of hiking. My calves are killing me today! LOL!

YAY, Sattva, and NewBirth2014!!

Trampoline, walking, and hopefully some kettlebell, etc.!

Also did some Pilates reformer! Love it!!!
