Hi, everyone! Coming back after getting through winter, "busyness," and other distractions.

YES, I HAVE worked out today! Bounced several times on mini-trampoline. Going to bounce more before the evening is done.

Still working on consistency and motivation.

I just joined this group because I need to be accountable to SOMEONE!

It is a big deal for me today because I took the first step and did core exercises. I also took the second step and signed up here!

I am beginning VERY slowly because I am in the worst physical shape of my life. There are countless reasons why I am here but suffice it to say, I believe G_d has heard my prayers and I literally woke up this morning with a different thought process. Showered, turned on my laptop, logged in to SP and began my first workout in 8 months. emoticon Patting myself on the back because I know what it took to get me here. G_d is so faithful... and I am so thrilled.
