Every day I have gotten at least a 2 mile walk in.

Today, I got an hour walk in while waiting to get into a door to get loaded (I'm a truck driver).

Since I lost my phone (which was found and I will retrieve tomorrow), I can't track the miles....but, I can at least track the time!

We were in Brooklyn, IA at the Pilot Truck Stop. I got my walk in really early this morning before it was hot plus there was a nice breeze blowing.

I try to walk a minimum of 2 miles a day, which I have been doing pretty good at.
I'm a truck driver so I have to get it in when I can!

Right on, Maryjoanna!! What a great example...

There is no yesterday, and no tomorrow. Just today. So our question each day is:

HAVE YOU WORKED OUT TODAY? (And, of course, if you're feeling fine, or maybe a bit tired, or downright exhausted(!), allowing for 1,2, even 3 or so routine days off : ) -- But then JUMP BACK IN THERE!!!

Even if it's just 10 SLOW (or fast) minutes, LOL! I haven't done mine yet today, but I'm on my way! Thank heaven for mini-trampolines, and thank you to all of us "over 50" athletic (or getting athletic) folks! YOU INSPIRE ME!

If going around the house picking up everything a 14 month old can tear up and/or toss around plus stopping her just in time to keep a new roll of toilet paper from being plunged into the toilet. I don't remember my kids being this fast or destructive but they are all 37+.

Resounding YES... And I'm going to FEEL it tomorrow.

53 minutes strength training, bodyweight and dumbbells. Shoulder workout, but also hitting arms, core, back, etc.

Every day **should NOT be a high-intensity workout day,** just DO SOMETHING... Do what you can. : )
