Workout Monday-Friday with weekends off. Workout schedule include: Monday, Wednesday and Friday Riding my mountain bike; Tuesday and Thursday, weight training and Monday-Friday walking my dog. Will sometimes substitute yard work and housework for one of my exercise routines. Very happy with my results as well as my physician.

I pulled out my Turbo Jam DVDs. Love them! The Original. :) Did Kickin' Core this morning. Cycling through TJ, then will cycle through Chalene Extreme, then Turbo Fire. Got some Jeanette Jenkins, too. Lost 7 lbs so far on my journey expected to last 2 years (well, the rest of my life, really...these are healthy changes I've made!)

Yes, I did tabata (it was a killer 4 minutes, I'm telling you), lower body calisthenics while brushing my teeth & waterpik, and upper body workout video, rebounding sessions, walking, and house cleaning (scrubbing).
