Didn't bounce nearly as much as I wanted to. Swung my kettlebell, but just a bit. So, didn't get a serious workout today. We'll do it in the morning before trip in the afternoon.

I upped my workout from 40 to 45 minutes. Slow and steady. Worked off 259 calories. Now need to cut down the calorie total. Love this program and will not quit. emoticon

Gym opens at 7. Been up since 2 cleaning etc, doing anything until it opens. I have to admit, this is the most energy I have had in a long time. I'm taking advantage of it.
