61 minutes, only been at it for 2 weeks. This week I added more and was so sore yesterday that I could only do 1 rep of each. Today was better.

Right on, everyone! Borodaj, and PegPenguin- up and working out early!!

YES! I've been moving and exercising throughout the day, but will still do more.

Used my rebound boots today, some kettlebell swings, and trampoline.

Scheduling a massage, because it's more of a necessity than just a "luxury." But it's also NICE to do something EXTRA for myself! #CIRCULATION #RELAXATION #JOY

I will when I go out to help out daughter (8y.o.) train her dog. We need to get her Bichon to sit square at halts, up her fast pace, and not to sniff the "posts" who will be people standing for the figure 8. I'm feeling the pressure of the County Fair in Aug. Will she be able to go on to the State Fair? I'm excited for her!

To me, that's like the most important question on these boards!

All of us are challenged by our schedules, to-do lists, our energy levels and whims, so I APPRECIATE coming on here and seeing other folks' replies.

THANKS, everybody! I've been out running errands today, and walked a bit. Fixed and ate my first SALAD in three days, after I finally went grocery shopping.

emoticon Yes, today I walked and walked and walked and walked over 11 miles I walked today somehow. I felt younger again.. Well, atleast I found a way to temporarilty ignore my aching knees and my perpetually sore feet and my general lack of inertia .. because today I walked.. ate well and felt motivated.
