I have two cups of coffee per week. One every Sunday morning before going to church and one on WhoHoo Wednesday. Sometimes regular and other times decaf. All the other days of the week I have different types of varieties of teas. I also have coffee if I must go out and stay late to help me stay awake for example New Year's Eve or movie night. Not very often. I do hop out of bed with more enthusiasm for a cup of coffee than I do for tea.

One of my friends manages a Starbucks in Houston. About once a month he brings a different flavor coffee for us. They have a new blend called Blond and we really like it. It has a good flavor but not quite as stout as there regular. For those who like a milder flavor - give it a try...I think you'll like it.

4 to 5 a cups a day. I like beans that I can grind in grinder. But economy has hit us hard and now I'm using Folgers.

Have any of you tried Silk's Almond Milk (unsweetened)? You can add a lot of it to your coffee. Its only 35 calories a cup. I add Stevia liquid to it too. Can't stand soy milk and there is new research saying it may not be good for everyone, so it's just as well I don't like the taste.

Not sure about the ingredients, but take a look at the Silk French Vanilla Soy Creamer. I've been using it lately and it's really good. I'm switching from regular Half & Half so I've been spoiled!!

I drink a cup in the morning while getting ready for work, and then usually have one in the afternoon. I switch to decaf when I get home after 6 becuz for some reason caffeine has started to keep me up at night, which is a new thing for me. I drink mainly Folgers, but I love Dunkin Donuts coffee when I can get it on salw.

I LOVE coffee if it's flavored right!! I really like the International Delights creamers but as of January 9th, I have to be on a casein-free diet so NO dairy products at all:( My doctor suggested the SO Delicious French Vanilla creamer. I tried it but need to try it again. Had a nasty cold and nothing tasted good so have to give it another try. I'm going to try cinnamon and coconut milk and different things like that first though. It's so expensive!! I would just love to have a cup of really good coffee again though..and dishes with cheese, cheesecake, well, better stop there. The list of things that I CAN'T have now is so long and just makes me want it more if I think about it:( Karen

Having to dramatically reduce my cholesterol levels, I've switched to Soy Creamer for my coffee and I have to say it's not bad...better than the FF Creamers. I'm just using straight soy creamer right now, might check the sugar/calorie count of the vanilla flavored and see how that tastes. Life...a work in progress

I love my coffee in the mornings I usually average 2 cups and then when I go out I'll have a cup after dinner.
I have had to change from using half and half to fat free half and half but I have not given up the spoon of raw sugar!
The brand I use is the 8 o'clock whole bean.

I've cut down on the coffee quite a bit. Used to drink about 6 cups a day. Now I'm down to 1 cup in the car on the way to work and 1 cup of Irish tea (strong black tea) once I get to work. After that it's water all day until my diet soda at dinner...I know, I know...I just can't break the diet soda habit...at least I've cut it out at work for the most part and I've cut way back at home. I used to go through a 2 liter bottle a day...minimum! Now that same bottle lasts me at least 3 days maybe 4. Progress
