Welcome! Some advice would be to check in daily. Record your food. Take it SLOWLY. Focus on total wellness (mind, body, spirit) Don't beat yourself up if you fail or have to restart. EVERYBODY has been there. The sooner you get over the failure, the sooner you can focus on the next thing.
Welcome! I have been a member since April 1, 2014. I have struggled with my weight for my adult life. I have found that SparkPeople is easy to navigate and there are many helpful articles and information available. I love the accountability for tracking nutrition and fitness. My weight loss has been slow but steady and I feel better than I have for some time. The exercise helps me with my diabetes and depression! Keep on working and have fun while you do it. We can succeed!
