Just gotta say that since New Years I feel great! I have been consistent on diet and exercise as well as drinking all my water. My SAD is history even though the winter has been too long for anybody especially someone who has osteoporosis and avoids walking outside like the plague.
Sparkpeople have really figured it out and it seems to be working for me even though the scales and measuring tape are not my friends yet. I want to thank Chris Downie, coach Nicole, chef Meg, Bettina Bush and her predecessors and most importantly all the SparkPeople who make this community what it is
