I would just consider those a bonus to your workout, since there's not an easy way to track them.

So I was watching biggest loser the other night n watching them do bear crawls followed by crab crawls n thought pfft that looks easy!
So not easy at all, got my heart rate up n was challenging n then went to log it in on my iPhone app to find its not listed. Is there anyway that it can be? You can feel nearly every muscle working so its got to be good for you right?
