I feel your pain...I do the same thing. I cleaned out my kitchen of everything that would not be on any diet plan. However, I can put away some "healthy" foods just the same. I can just eat and eat and eat. I've been doing better lately. I just try *One Evening At a Time*

I also face this challenge. I bought 100 calorie chocolate pudding, fruit cups 60-80 calories, celery stalks with peanut butter or low fat dressing. I keep reading and researching good things to eat that will appeal to my taste. I know if I don't enjoy the food I won't stick to it. After all that's part of my challenge I love food. And I have found a wealth of information right here on sparkpeople. In fact whatever research I find I also look on sparkpeople.
I find myself doing the same sometimes...what I make a point to do,,is to have healthy snacks in the house..this way if I do cave in and start eating,, at least im eating low calorie healthy snacks ...
When I get in a "eating mood" at night I go upstairs(away from my kitchen) when I am able, put music on, and go on the SPARKPEOPLE website. I always want to eat around 3:30-4:30 also, no matter how much I ate for breakfast and lunch, I try to exercise around that time.
