I also face this challenge. I bought 100 calorie chocolate pudding, fruit cups 60-80 calories, celery stalks with peanut butter or low fat dressing. I keep reading and researching good things to eat that will appeal to my taste. I know if I don't enjoy the food I won't stick to it. After all that's part of my challenge I love food. And I have found a wealth of information right here on sparkpeople. In fact whatever research I find I also look on sparkpeople.
