For vitamins, you can add those to your food tracker as a manually entered item. If you aren't sure how to manually add an item, please see this page: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer.
If you want to track that you took certain medications, you can add those as goals on your Other Goals page and mark them off as you take them.
