Losing "only" 7 lbs in just over two weeks is not a bad outcome. That diet is not supported by solid science, and isn't a part of the SP plan, so unfortunately we can't really provide much feedback for you.
Perhaps shelve the faddish "diet" and stick to healthy living for life?
