The China Study recommends no meat, no fish, no dairy, no eggs, BUT, they also say if a little of these ingredients are present in a recipe, don't let it worry you. If most of your diet is whole foods a little of the bad stuff won't hurt so much. I do emphasize 'a little'.

Has anyone at spark admin read the China study? It's a requirement of the yoga school I plan to attend...They show the link in high protein, high dairy diets by country to specific cancers as epidemiological response to country consumption and country prevalence of disease.

I know you can't customize to everyone, but it's a good read.

If you could also have a check box for "No Dairy" in nutritional prefs...that would be awesome for my shopping list.
