History: When I first started at SparkPeople, I did the 90 day SparkCoach offer . . . and LOVED it. Well, the first couple of months at least. After that it became rather repetitive.

Then the new programs were introduced (Motivation & Maintenance) and I switched to first one then the other. Found it not nearly as good as the original.

So, my question today is has the entire program been updated or changed? Or if I were to sign up again, would it be the same stuff as I did before?

DON"T GET ME WRONG..... I LOVED SparkCoach for the first couple of months . . . probably wouldn't not have had the success otherwise.

Was it just ME that changed??? or did the program lack???

Why not start today?

If you pre-order the Spark Solution, you get a free 3 months of SparkCoach as well as a couple of DVDs... a worthwhile purchase for about the same price you'd spend on SparkCoach anyway.

I've done SParkCoach for several months, and have found it veyr helpful and motivating. It's great to be able to directly ask the coaches for help if you need clarification or help!

did the free trial, wasn't long enough to tell if i liked it. got a three month membership with buying the Spark Solution, so I may be able to tell if it's worth the money i'd have to pay to continue. like you, i'm on a limited budget.

I started off with the trial too. After three days I knew I needed to stay with it. I paid for a full year and I do not regret it! I love Spark Coach and cannot imagine what it would be like without it! It is my go to when I feel a bit down or If I need encouragement. I re-read or go through the day sometimes 2 or 3 times. And there is always something new that I miss the first time. I have been using it since mid January and feel I have learned so much. I think it is just awesome!

So the other day I discovered the SparkCoach, and have really gotten a lot out of using it. Today I logged into it and discovered that I am only using the free 7 day trial, and if I want to continue, I have to pay for it. So, my question is, to all of you who have a paid subscription, is it worth it? I have really enjoyed it so far, but money is tight, and I would just like a little input from others before I upgrade. I appreciate your help!
