I am a military brat - retired Navy father, two Marine Corps brothers, Air Force son-in-law, and married to a retired Army service member! I have just finished 36 years of Federal service which encompasses working with Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Bureau of Reclamation. Proud to have served -- praying daily for all our troops who are defending our freedom!!

i am an army veteran, served 2 years between college years back in 1969-1971. started in the woman's army corp and ended in the regular army as an E-4(specialist 4).

Has anybody served in the military? If so, which service did you serve in and for how long? I am currently in the Naval Reserves. I am with the United States Naval Construction Battalions "Seabee" (NMCB18). I have been in the Navy for 22 yrs. Six of the years were served on the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) --- active duty and the other 16 years were served with the "Bees". I am currently an E6 (First Class Petty Officer). I have a green light to retire but I am planning on staying in (I love what I do). Until then.......
