Can you email me a screenshot of your iTunes page showing that you pre-ordered it? To take a screenshot: For PC users, this is as simple as clicking on the "Print Screen" (Prnt Scrn) button on your keyboard and then "pasting" (CTRL + V) that image into a word document or graphics program. For video instructions on how to take a screenshot, please watch this YouTube video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=qk4b2PaoC64. (Remember that you can also paste this shot directly into Microsoft Word if you don't have graphics software on your computer.) Simply save your screenshot after following those instructions and then email it to us as an attachment.

You can then send that to me in a regular email to denise@sparkpeople.com.

I guess this won't work for me for the gifts through iBooks. I can see that it is pre-ordered. It says I won't be billed until it delivers. It doesn't show up on my account except in the preorder area giving me the option to cancel if I'm interested. When I try to order it again, it says I've already ordered it. Is anyone else trying to use iBooks to place their orders? This is the first time I have pre-ordered any books--I want to take advantage of the bonus gifts before I get the book. I know, when placing an order, I can usually find a reference number; but I don't know about pre-orders. Hmmmm maybe I can check with an iTunes specialist.

You need the order number to fill out the form on here: www.sparkpeople.com/sparksolution/pre-orde
r-gifts.asp. iTunes should have some type of order # or purchase # to identify that transaction.

I see it in my purchased books list with the preorder date of May 7. I don't see a code to put in the form. Should I have a code? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. I'll check it out. Thanks for your help.

You should be able to check your iTunes account for that information. Do you see that in there?

I pre-ordered my copy of The Spark Solution for my iPad through iBooks not one of the listed suppliers. They didn't give me a "code" to list in the form for the extras. Does this mean the iBook orders do not qualify?
