I started the morning out putting in new ac,s in the house and went shopping for things for the dogs and now I am chillen in my ac so today I walked 10 minutes worked 20 minutes on the ac,s and walked another 30 minutes so it,s been a great day.
teaching, mow the lawn, read my school assignment, iron, move the bedroom furniture.

Today, I call it my week... I had enough energy just to movitate myself ... Then after starting at 8:00 a.m. family member had their break down. It's now 12:42 p.m. and I'm tried and wish today I could get back in bed and go to sleep and call it a day.... That is what I would like to do today.... I have no strenght or energy to do anything but my to list is long....

Good post !!! Today wok up at 2 am then 10, 557 steps and was done by 5:40 am. Went grocery shopping which was another 2,225 steps ( don't count them and finally went to till 2 pm and then started quite heavily and now the is out and it is 7:25 pm. Take my medicine at 9:15 pm and at 10 pm I go to and do almost the same thing. Again, good posy and everybody havea good night for we do it again tomorrow.
Taught this am, exercised at home, stopped at my drs. office, met my DH, ironed, made bed. Planning to take a slow warm shower before bed, track my SP points and hit the sack.

Put up a fence, watched my friends kid last night so I woke up with 3 kiddos under age 5. Sent my husband to fix my friends van and to fix another friends tire. Made crock pot fajitas. All in all had a great day!

Jogged this morning, got my son ready for school. Played with the 2 yr old, got read for work and that is where I am now. When I get home it will be the kids then bed. My typical day. Boring but I love it.
