I verify nutritional information using another website -- nutritiondata.com. They have complete data--not just the main data required by the FDA--including micronutrients and minerals.
I wish more of the foods I pulled up on Sparkpeople's Food Tracker actually had complete information, since I track sodium, potassium, iron, along with the standard nutrients.
