I walk home from work(2.75 miles) during the summer emoticon . I go to World Gym on the days I don't walk home from work. Luckly, World Gym is a great place to work out and is within walking distance of where I live !!! emoticon

For the past seven years, I have walked at least 35 minutes to an hour twice a day. I ended up having open heart surgery this year, and have been once again walking twice a day. I was not allowed to use my arms until recently, and will be starting to do light weights next week.

I am currently in week 6 of a body shaping weight training program. Weeks 1-4 were lighter weights/higher reps lifting 4 days a week w/Wednesday as off day-this phase is weeks 5-8 heavy weights/lower reps; lifting 5 days w/Thursday off day-cardio 3-4 days consisting of spin classes/or/running on the track or treadmill )for 30-45 mins @..I'm seeing tons of changes in body composition and have lost 23 pounds since November

Gym I am working out at the gym. I like to run /walk on the tremill. Then i get on the bike stationary bike love it ,it help me stay off my low arched feet. Elliptical machine is also good. I am going to start pool exercises on soon.
