Thanks...I could not figure this out on my own and was a little frustrated but with one simple search I found your clear directions!
If you added a food to your tracker and want to remove it, you can click the remove button to the right of that item. Otherwise, if you manually entered an item (and saved it as a favorite), you can edit by following the instructions here: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer. asp?id=77.
