Denise, I'm having the same issue of not being able to log into the Android app, I think b/c I set up my online acct to login through Facebook (Droid app is saying "Incorrect Username and/or Password"). I did what you said and logged out and went to "forgot my password" but I've done it twice and I'm not getting the eml to reset my password (waited 12 hours for one to come in and have also checked my junkmail folder and nothing). I turned my phone on and off and it doesn't make any difference. I've had similar issues when I've used FB to login. Is there a way to reset my online account to no longer use FB to log in or what would you suggest?

All the posts regarding issues with Android log in but no actual response on how to fix the issue?!! I do not see any updates for the sparkpeople app I love sparkpeople and do not want to switch to another app....Help please.

No problem with my HTC, it has always worked
Made it, this time to my goal of 72K but reset it 70k to let me go up or down. I will be very happy to stay between the two.

Never mind. Even though it doesn't work on the computer, it did work on my phone. So, it's all working great. Sydney :)

I'm having the same problem. I think it may be because I set up my account by logging in through Facebook. When I log out and back in, ask to reset my password, it goes through without a problem. THEN, though, when I go to log in with the password I had just set, it says it's wrong. It will still let me log back in with facebook though. Any suggestions? I'm trying to use the android apps as well. Thanks in advance, Sydney

You can go to the "forgot my password" option on the computer (logout, go to login, put in the user-name and captcha), then it will e-mail you a link to "reset" your password and you can enter a password that you can use to log in for the app, but you will still be able to login through facebook when you are on the computer. I signed up through fb and download the sparkpeople app on my phone, and I need to know how to login into, if any one could help, I'd deeply appreciate it. Thanks!

I downloaded the app to my htc. I sign in to the website using facebook. I don't have that choice on my phone. How do I sign in?
