I had not discovered the "Remove Multiple Items" button either. I will look for it next time I copy a meal to another day.

Thank you. I never knew about the remove multiple items either. It was a real pain to remove food item by item.

For removing more than one item, there is a button at the bottom of the nutrition page "remove multiple items." I never knew it was there until recently. It's very useful.

No. If you only want one item from it, instead of copying the meal just go to the tracker for the new day and use Add A Food to enter it.

When copying meals to another day on my Nutrition Page, is there any way to copy just one item from that meal instead of copying the entire meal. I then have to remove the food I don't eat and sometimes it takes a lot of time.
