too many to list....but in the heat of summer I do know that I need to get up early to walk when it is cooler....computer time is a downfall if I stay at it too long because I want to munch...so I have natural almonds but having too many of those adds calories....ummm... I am becoming more aware of downfall moments and trying to use that recognition to train my behavior to a healthier life style.....I am a work in progress.... emoticon

Mine would definitely have to be CONSISTENCY!! Its like as soon as I lose around 10 pounds or so I tell myself to take a break and end up getting lazy and my week long break turns out to be a 3 month long one.

Have to agree with CHELEPENA food in general. Snacking and grazing are pretty much my downfall. I have to find a new friend too.

Here in the city that I live which is TN., it is extremely hard to go to the Y., and other places for exercise so I must rely on walking, and a home cardio that I have. As far as food is concerened I now can cook different meals without fat and grease which has been a lifesaver for me health wise. I love organic foods but here this city only has 2 stores far out hard to get too, I wish they had more closer to my home. As an answer for me I now am going to start my own organic veggies, and fruits at my apartment, even if space is limited, I will buy pots for my porch.

I would have to say sweets are a weakness, my motivation drops when I give in, and when I am not following my normal routine during the work week, I have problems sometimes keeping on track. Social functions are hard too, I just want to eat everything that's there because I LOVE food.

My downfall is anything that dramatically alters my routines so that I don't have time to cook or get to the gym or even get in an exercise video. I usually manage to maintain and not gain during these times but I have a hard time establishing my good routines again. I am getting better at that too. Thanks SparkPeople! emoticon

My own attitude! My "all or nothing" thinking! It's crazy to think that because I at a piece of chocolate that I should go ahead and eat a dozen donuts because I've already messed up. My downfall WAS my sister. She somehow knew when I was on a new 'diet' (well, lifestyle change, really) and that's when she would miraculously have trouble with her husband and stay here for a while and start a bunch of drama. I don't have that trouble anymore, since she moved away emoticon She has always been very abusive toward me and I am finding my life SOOOOO much easier now that she is gone.

Sometimes the way I write can come across the wrong way. I apologize if I offend anyone. I also have a habit of writing LOOOOOOOONG posts. Again, my apologies.

I have the same downfall as TopCat93 - lack of motivation to exercise.

I do really good during the week because I have an exercise buddy. But the weekends totally suck. I made a little progress this past weekend by doing a couple of SP videos. But I still need to do more.

Stay motivated by setting smaller, obtainable goals.

Starting weight - 250
1 - 230 lbs - Done!!
2 - 210 lbs - Done!
3 - 190 lbs
4 - 170 lbs
5 - 150 lbs
