I just started with Spark People a couple of months ago, so I'm nowhere near needing to reset the articles or polls, but I think it would be a great idea to have a reset button for both. I read below how to reset the articles, so I appreciate that tip.

If they reset the polls maybe they could have a comparison of data from when you first took it to now? That way you can compare what you said a year ago (I would say reset after a year.) to now.

I didn't know you could restart the articles! Thanks for the FYI! I agree, some of my answers have changed on the polls. I would like a redo...with points, of course! LOL!

Me, too.
And add a reset for Health A-Z.
I find my motivation coming back some after the reset for Healthy Lifestyle articles.

I'd like to be able to reset, too. I've changed and my answers have also changed accordingly.

I'd LOVE to have a reset button on the polls. In fact, I was just thinking about that today. Plus, a lot of my answers have changed since I took the poll the first time.

I thought of that too Nenato2, but nothing ventured...
Also, some of my answers have changed after 15 months.
I am very thankful for the reset for the articles though!
I also ran out of polls months ago. Every Monday or so there is a new one. I don't know if resetting them is such a good idea. If SP is collecting the data for stats then if we "re-voted" on the same poll, then the data would not be correct. However, if nothing is being done with the data, then a reset would be great.

Right now there is no reset for the Polls.
But for the articles, you can reset the last 6 months!
Go to your Start Page, and just under the large Start - it will welcome you to your page by name and under that is Account/Email Preferences - click on that.
Follow down the page until you see Reset Articles and just hit the button that also says RESET ARTICLES and you're done!
I do hope they give us a Reset for the Polls soon. Although I am discovering I do still have about a dozen left and they seem to add a new one weekly.
Have you gone to the Polls page and scrolled slowly to see if you missed any? I missed a lot of them before I started going to the Polls page directly. It makes me dizzy to go scrolling down that page but at least I am earning 3 points each time, lol.

I do appreciate the new reset button as I have started reading the articles again I can relate to them from a different perspective. I would like to see more A to Z health topics, I find them very helpful and informative.
