Sliced turkey on my supper salad. Edamame on my supper salad. Apple chicken sausage (cooked up with potato) for lunch. Milk in my oatmeal (and fruit) for breakfast. A teaspoon of peanut butter on a dried fig for a snack in the afternoon. (One of my favorite snacks when I'm hungry for supper - I always eat it sitting down, not on the run. Actually that's how I always eat now, no more standing up and hoping it won't count!)

Roast Beef, I cooked a roast yesterday and the wife said it was hard to chew on her bad tooth. So I made it into a great tasting stew, she really enjoyed it. Now if I can just remember how I made it....

We have a thread about fruits and one about vegetables, so why not one about proteins? Meats, soy, beans, dairy, nuts, whatever your favorite form of protein is.
I've been eating quite a bit of salmon lately. A salmon 'burger' (no bread) yesterday for lunch, just your garden-variety frozen salmon, and today for lunch I'm making salmon patties from canned. I like whole salmon filets as well.
