Sliced turkey on my supper salad. Edamame on my supper salad. Apple chicken sausage (cooked up with potato) for lunch. Milk in my oatmeal (and fruit) for breakfast. A teaspoon of peanut butter on a dried fig for a snack in the afternoon. (One of my favorite snacks when I'm hungry for supper - I always eat it sitting down, not on the run. Actually that's how I always eat now, no more standing up and hoping it won't count!)
