Just put everything in between the bread; ham, shredded cheddar, apple slices and pumpkin puree and then dip it in egg. Use a frying pan at medium-low heat and brown each side (about 3-4 mins per side).


Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

I can bench Nicole Richie, eat more than she does in a day before noon, I have a good 20 lbs on her but could still wear her pants.

The ingredients sound good, but not quite clear on how you actually put it together and cook it.

Oh wow. That was delicious. I have leftover ham from Thanksgiving and was looking for recipes. I modified this recipe a bit but here's what I used;

A 80 cal thin rye/wheat bread slice.
40g of lean leftover ham
30g of apple slices (the original recipe calls for apple butter)
10g of light cheddar cheese (shredded)
1-2 tbsp. pumpkin puree mixed with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 tsp brown sugar/splenda blend

dip in egg or egg whites (I used egg whites)

Mine was around 230 cals so it can be paired with lots of extra veg. It was sooooo good and filling!
