I love using garlic, too; although, I don't eat it as strong or as "heavy" as you all do. I do use fresh garlic, granulated garlic, minced garlic, and/or garlic powder in a lot of my cooking, though.
A month and a half ago, I bought some garlic mustard at a Farmers' Market. It is sooooooo delicious.
