Im lactose intolerant too and man does it suck. I use soy milk, almond milk, or rice milk (or lactose free milk) in recipes. I googled "dairy free recipes" and got a lot of results, and also in the spark recipes you can search for recipes that are "dairy free".
Try to substitute what you can have for recipes you really love. For example, make mac and cheese with soy cheese. It may take a few times to get certain recipes perfect, but at least you can eat it right!
Oh and I dont know if you eat margarine, I used to eat that everyday and bake with butter but then I saw it was giving me problems, so I switched to Earth Balance vegan spread. Its got a different taste, but... edible.
