A visit to a dietician would be helpful as they could help with recipes etc.
Any meat sounds like a legal food for you, so at least that's an easy place to start. A few thoughts would be roast chicken/beef or fish with veggies. Tossed fresh fruit salad. Green salads. Soy/almond milk replacing milk in recipes. Lots of vegetables, salsa to flavor meats and veggies.
One of my favorite meals is to roast veggies like asparagus, corn, carrots, onions, cauliflower etc in a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil with herbs and serve with roast chicken.
Another fav is chicken with tomatoes and black beans.
Chicken caccatori served over spaghetti squash noodles might be good.
