Although my diet isn't restricted, I have many friends whose diets are. Based on what you've posted, I think that you could probably just look up "Paleo recipes" online and you will have more meal ideas than you know what to do with. I'm pretty sure paleo is no grain, dairy, and added sugars. Taking out all gluten could just be a matter of checking and making sure all the ingredients are gluten free, and substituting when necessary. However, it sounds like it would be a great place to stat.

A No-Grain Diet means having to eliminate artificial sweeteners from your system. A grain free diet is one without any rice, corn, wheat, barley, rye or oats. This diet is also a gluten free diet. The process of hydrogenating vegetable oil produces transfats. Transfats have been linked to heart disease as well as the increased size a big, fat belly ....No non dairy creamers such as coffee mate, if eating meat eat grass fed beef for lunch or dinner.
Avoid a huge range of refined sauces, condiments, ketchup, syrups, ice cream, commercial French fries. I would say 90% of what is in the condiment aisle of your supermarket contains some form of these hidden grains.
Buckwheat is often confused with being a grain because of the grain-like way they are cooked and used. Buckwheat is in fact a seed. Van's All Natural Gourmet Buckwheat waffles are Gluten-Free...check the label if there is dairy...Fava beans and lentils.
All fruits and vegetables are not grains, (except for corn, which is a grain).
Some snack ideas Sliced vegetables.... Cherry Tomatoes, 10 baby carrots, Celery stuffed with hummus, raw broccoli, red bell peppers, raw cauliflower dipped in salsa or hummus
Sliced turkey with pepperchini's, beef jerky and a pickle
sunflower or pumpkin seeds
spread peanut butter on celery rather than bread
Almonds, Brazil nuts, pistachios
Baked eggplant slices also serve as a terrific substitute for pizza crust or lasagna Mushrooms can take on the role of buns or crusts, Crust less quiches Baked, buttered, and salted acorn squash instead of French fries Butternut squash instead of spaghetti, Portabella mushrooms with soy sauce instead of hamburgers, Portabella pizza Artichoke hearts baked and used instead of chips....

The previous posted is correct, consult a dietician. If you are working with a doctor, he may recommend one that will work with you giving you a weekly meal plan to follow. I only did self restricting plans that never worked out for me.

A visit to a dietician would be helpful as they could help with recipes etc.
Any meat sounds like a legal food for you, so at least that's an easy place to start. A few thoughts would be roast chicken/beef or fish with veggies. Tossed fresh fruit salad. Green salads. Soy/almond milk replacing milk in recipes. Lots of vegetables, salsa to flavor meats and veggies.
One of my favorite meals is to roast veggies like asparagus, corn, carrots, onions, cauliflower etc in a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil with herbs and serve with roast chicken.
Another fav is chicken with tomatoes and black beans.
Chicken caccatori served over spaghetti squash noodles might be good. Good luck with the diet restrictions!

Hi! Does anyone else have to eat a very restricted diet? For the time being I have to eat gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and low or no sugar. Anyone in the same boat? Are there any snacks or meals that you recommend?
