You can track it as a recipe and there is a cooked option for cauliflower. If you use the cooked version, I would enter what the amount would be after it was cooked, which you are guessing is 2 cups.

Ok, if over ambitious husband decides to make his wife mashed cauliflower, how does the wife track it?!?! It was a 1 lb bag of frozen cauliflower, 16 oz total. It cooked down to what we could best guess to be 2 cups. How in the world do I track that!? I can put in my own recipe on spark but 5 cups vs 2 cups, huh????
