When I'm craving chocolate... unsweetened cocoa powder is my go-to. You do have to add a bit of sweetener to offset the bitterness but you can use mashed banana, unsweetened applesauce, real maple syrup, honey or artificial sweeteners if you go that route. A tablespoon runs around 15-20 cals.
Or just add a tablespoon of chocolate chips to your oatmeal or yogurt.
A lot of people are put off by artificial sweeteners but I use instant sugar free pudding powder in a lot of recipes; yogurt parfaits, frozen yogurt, overnight oatmeal.
I find protein powders are usually sweet so if you get a chocolate or vanilla you can use a little bit to flavour homemade "desserts". The added protein is always a bonus.
I use fat reduced cool whip to make icings (mix with PB or cocoa powder) or on top of black bean brownies or chickpea blondies (google them). Or you can mash a banana or use unsweetened applesauce in some Greek yogurt with cinnamon. Cream cheese and banana or cocoa powder is another good one.
A teaspoon of powdered sugar is only 10 cals, I add it to French toast or crepes.
Overnight oatmeals are one of my favourite "desserts".
I just had a mint chocolate chip one;
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4-1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk).
A drop of peppermint extract (careful it's powerful stuff!)
1/2 tablespoon honey (or sweetener of choice)
1 tbsp. chocolate chips
Put it in the fridge for around 4+ hours and add the chocolate chips when it's done.
If you really want to get fancy, make an icing and layer it. I make mine with cool whip and cocoa powder.
Or another favourite;
Freeze some raspberries or strawberries
Same first 3 ingredients divided.
In the first container- 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder, coffee powder, a little sweetener
In the second container- a small amount of mashed banana and vanilla extract
Put in fridge. When ready mash about 1/3 of a banana into the frozen berries until it becomes like a frozen soft serve. Then alternate layers; vanilla oats, soft serve (maybe a few chocolate chips), mocha layer, soft serve, repeat.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
