One of my all time favorite recipes is one I made recently, it is a Sweet and Sour Baked Chicken recipe, and reminds me of sweet and sour chicken from a Chinese restaurant, except you know how it is cooked and is more healthy! Here's the link:

My favorite sweet snack is my homemade marshmallow-cereal bars. I absolutely refuse to make them any more, because I don't pace myself on eating them; and they are far too high in sugar and in calories.

This is my favorite variety of them:

lightly crushed cinnamon toaster cereal
cocoa rice cereal
white rice cereal
marshmallows
margarine
coated peanut butter and chocolate candies (Reeses/M&M's, etc.)

I like to eat them chilled.

My all time favorite recipe is meatballs. Any type of meatball will do. I could eat them every day and never get tired of them. Here's one of my favorite meatball recipes:

Slow-Cooker BBQ Turkey Meatballs

Posted by NCBEACHES
Yield: Serves 6

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, grated
1 rib celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup rolled oats (do not use instant)
2 cups barbecue sauce

1. Warm oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery and cook, stirring, until softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute longer. Transfer mixture to a small bowl and let cool.

2. Place turkey in a large bowl. Add onion mixture, egg and oats. Use your hands to gently but thoroughly blend ingredients. Dampen hands lightly and form mixture into about 20 meatballs, each 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

3. Pour a small amount of sauce over bottom of slow cooker. Add meatballs, top with remaining sauce. Pour in 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on high until meatballs are cooked through, 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

LD Note: These are incredible! I substituted breadcrumbs for the rolled oats. I will definitely make these again.

My homemade pizza crust: whole wheat flour, active dry yeast, warm water, extra virgin olive oil, brown sugar. I let it rise, knead it again, then roll it out directly on the pizza pan, using a pastry roller and turning it over so I can put corn meal underneath it.

If I am not careful, I could eat pizza 4-5 times a week.

My all time favorite go-to recipe is the Inside Out Cabbage Rolls.
They can be made in the slow cooker year round. During the summer months, I will add all kinds of veggies that are in season.

It really depends on the season. In winter I love all kinds of soups; in summer I love anything with fresh veggies. On hot hot days I make a great salad bar for everyone. Love cooking in the wok and making any kind of stir fry.

I like the High Fiber Brownie recipe. With lower calorie flour substituted for wheat flour, it might substitute well for Fiber One 90 Brownies.

After joining Spark, I found this recipe here. Black bean chicken, it is the best I have found that does fill you up, but is low in calories. I have brought it to work several times in a crock pot for other office workers trying to lose and everyone loves it.

My all time favorite is shepherd's pie.

For the bottom layer, I saute ground turkey with onions, garlic, carrots and mushrooms. Then I mix that with a bit of frozen spinach and some gravy (either homemade or jarred). Spread an even layer of that down the bottom of a casserole dish, then top with a layer of frozen corn. Top the corn with a mixture of half potatoes and half cauliflower, mashed with skim milk, butter, salt and pepper.

I have two "go-to" recipes that I always have the ingredients on hand to make. The first is a Cooking Light recipe for black beans & brown rice. Second, I always have ingredients on hand to make vegetable pizzas on flatout wraps which I serve with salad.

Mine's Turkey Chili, it's a recipe I got from a Weight Watchers cook book at least 15 years ago, it's very simple and very tasty, I make a batch at least once a month and freeze it down in 1 cup portions for a quick and easy meal. I never get tired of it! Alone or on top of a salad it's a great standby and really low fat! YUM!!!

Remember... nothing tastes as good as thin feels! :)

My favorite recipe also changes according to what season it is and what is available. Right now since it's summer I crave lighter foods. So, my current fav is grilled shrimp and veggies. Quick to make, can adjust the seasonings and veggies to change up the flavors and use what's in season.

What is your all time favorite recipe? The recipe that you would make in a heart beat every single day and never get sick of it?

Mine changes monthly but this month it's pizza made with a cauliflower and spinach crust. Ahmazing!
