I am trying to put together a lunch for a meal planning class and need to make sure different aspects of the meal are present and compliment one other (texture, flavor, colors, etc). I am planning on making Tom Kha Gai as the main dish and am looking for some complimentary accompaniments to complete the meal. I would like to incorporate a starch and fruit as a side dish or possibly even dessert. Does anyone have any suggestions?
