I was reading a Spark recipe for chickpea falafels earlier and have no idea how you keep these or any falafels; any advice would be appreciated?
Also with risotto, if I make a large batch am I able to freeze it and would you suggest adding extra sauce of some kind (more stock?) to microwave it later?
