roasted red potatoes are the best I'm telling you!!
preheat oven to 420 degrees F
cut them up into chunks (1 potato=about 6 chunks cut up)
put them into a container and spray nonstick spray
put different spices-onion and garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper
toss them in the bowl with a cover on
spray a pan with nonstick spray
cook in oven for about 40 minutes
test the potatoes out with a fork; they should be soft
they're SO good
be careful; you'll want to eat the whole batch!
