I bought this on the advice of my dietician. I have to say I love it! I cook with it at least 3 times a week. It is perfect for home fries, ground beef, chicken or pork, Chicken wings, pork chicken thighs, the list is endless. A cookbook came with mine so i will be trying recipes in there now.
