I am vegan raw and have been for two years. I make a huge variety of salads. My question? What is cooking? I don't use high heat to prepare anything. Today I have a tomato raw soup and shredded carrot salad with walnuts, raisins and a touch of cinnamon. I put an italian dressing on it (apple cider vinegar, olive oil and some pepper). It's awesome.
tonight I am making a collard green and pepper salad. I have tons and tons of recipes, but eat only about 8 of them regularly.
