Oh that is awesome, thanks! I didn't change any settings so I'm going to go along with the assumption that I won't need additional supplements. Thanks for the fast reply!!

Depending on all the meal plan settings, you may see more limited options. However, there is a button to the right of each meal that you can click on to exchange it for a different meal if you would like. The meal plans should be meeting your nutrition goals that are given, but may not if you change your nutrition goals from what we set. You can also track other vitamins and minerals if you would like to see if you are meeting those goals too. This page has info on how to do that: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer.

So I used to be vegan a couple of years ago and I know that you can get protein from many other places other than meat but for this next week my meal plan only has me eating a total of 1 chicken breast the entire week.

Does this seem right? Will the daily diets give me enough B12 for the day and enough protein? I'm just wondering if I should take Calcium or any other supplements to go along with this new way of eating?
