Disclaimer - Yes yes, I am perfectly aware that this isn't exactly healthy. If you're into super healthy/sugar free, then don't read this. However, if you're on the verge of a PMS sweets binge (ahem...those are the circumstances under which I came up with this), then read on.
The first time I was on SP, I lost 42 lbs by totally cutting out sweets. It was all fine and good until 3 months into maintaining my goal weight, and then my sugar ban lost all semblance of order and I went nuts for anything sweet. Oops. 15 lbs later, my lesson has been learned. Small, semi-infrequent sweet treats it is!
1/4 c dry Funfetti cake mix
1 c plain fat free Greek yogurt (I like Fage, as it has less tang than Chobani)
1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla extract, to taste
Mix everything together well, and you end up with Funfetti batter-flavored Greek yogurt. Here's the nutritional breakdown. It actually has less sugar (15g) than a 6-oz single serve cup of flavored Greek yogurt (19g), even though it's more yogurt than comes in the 6-oz single serve cup. You could use vanilla flavored Greek yogurt instead of adding vanilla extract, but it will increase the total amount of sugar you're eating.
