I vote for skinnytaste, too! I can't seem to get the SP recipes to come up for me...must be a computer setting.
My family loves:
Whole wheat spaghetti made with ground turkey or extra lean ground beef and homemade tomato sauce (crushed tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano, half packet of stevia, a little salt)
Just about anything in the slow cooker - add broth, seasonings, salsa, BBQ sauce, veggies, canned tomatoes, beans, etc in all sorts of combinations with chicken breast, browned lean ground meat, lean beef roast, etc.
Healthy dirty rice - lean ground beef, peppers, onions, tomatoes, creole seasoning, brown rice
Stir fry chicken, lean beef, or shrimp with a big pack of frozen stir fry vegetables. Use very little oil, then I make a slurry of a little water and cornstarch mixed with garlic, ginger, and light soy sauce to add toward the end.
