I made Weight watchers Garden Vegetable Soup that I found in the recipe forum and it is fantastic! Like 45 calories a cup and so filling and delicious! Some days I just eat 3 cups of that for lunch and have only consumed less than 150 cals and eaten all my veggies in one fell swoop lol! Add a glass of 0% milk and 1/2 cup applesauce for lunch less than 300 cals... Or sometimes I add half a turkey or chicken sandwich...yummy!

I just made a chicken recipe that I got off here for the second time!! It's chicken dipped in egg substitute and then rolled in crushed Special K (the recipe called for Fiber One but I didn't have any!!). I am loving finding different ones on here and trying them out for my family!!

Awesome! Enjoy!

I love the recipes too! Sometimes I just use them for inspiration, other times I actually make them. I'm not much of a recipe follower, so I try to pick ones that are very...forgiving. So far the results have been super!

Love knowing I can go in and always find something to make, that meets a craving, has nutrition already calculated out, and often contains ingredients that are already in my pantry (and when there are new ingredients I find something I didn't even know existed -- $1.50 for long grain brown rice at grocery store, who knew???).

Right now -- desperately craving soup. Just tossed the beginnings of Slow Cooker Cream of Chicken and Rice Soup from Chef Meg into my crock. This totally beats the pants off ramen noodles!

Can't wait for dinner! :)
